This is arguably the most important question. Every industry is struggling with cost of living but this is being seen prominently in hospitality. The answer is simply NOTHING. No really, eXpressoApp doesn't have to cost you a single penny. There are no monthly fees, no contracts and no obligations.
We charge a 1% convenience fee on each transaction made through eXpressoApp. This is, by default, charged to the customer and can be a little as 1p. We also provide the option to charge you this fee if you choose to make the platform free for your customers.
Unfortunately, processing credit and debit cards costs money. A fee is always rendered by the card issuer and this is ultimately passed onto merchants. Stripe presently charges a standard 1.4% + 20p for UK bank cards.
Nothing. We can guide you through the entire process of getting started. When you sign up for eXpressoApp, provide us with your Business Name and we will automatically find your Food Safety Rating to display this to your customers. We will then guide you through the process of connecting your Stripe account, if you don't have one, you can create one.
